We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect item. 

As every piece is carefully checked before shipping, we request an unboxing video in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. This helps us review and resolve requests smoothly.

Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For the returned order, we recommend placing a fresh order while initiating the return separately. It helps us manage inventory more thoughtfully and maintain better availability across drops.
